Great atmosphere! The overall work environment is very good, transparent & open with room to explore and experiment. The colleagues are all highly-motivated and respectful with each other. Everyone contributes to create good vibes.

Kommunikation

Although communication and transparency are important topics within the organisation there is still room for improvement. A more structured approach how certain information is shared would make sense.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

As already written there is a great atmosphere at work, everyone is welcoming, respectful and friendly. Being reflective, share criticism in a respectful way and help each other to do better are some additional perks at Shopstory.

A lot of flexibility is given such as home office days, adjusting your work time based on your preferences (and of course company core working hours).

I think there is still room to be more of a mentor but so far the communication is great, feedback and also opportunities to grow are given.

We work on many interesting topics such as developing a totally new product from scratch, managing a range of clients with an already existing product, constantly perform market and user research and much more.
