Making use of the "we are all into this together" phrases to make people agree on salary cuts and short term work while the company continues to flourish financially and many people have high/the same workloads as pre-crisis. (Jobs could be done from home).

Immediately end short term work and salary cuts of non-management employees when financial numbers are still good. Don't ask for the same workloads when people are on short term work.

Nice colleagues and one of the few companies with an international atmosphere in the area.
Kommunikation
One-sided communication, the employees have little say. Now in the crisis many videos, and emails from management but with quite vague statements except for health and travel guidelines.
Confusing situation overall with many discussions being caused on an employee level: On the one hand information on great financial results pre and during crisis - on the other hand announcements to prolong short term work and salary cuts.

Work-Life-Balance
A bit less controlling and administrative work time tracking efforts and more working on the things which bring the company forward + trusting would be appreciated but in general work-life-balance is okay.

Nice line manager who tries to take care of his team. Unfortunately seems to have not to much to say in the company.

Maybe average, maybe a bit below but overall fine.

Good inhouse courses. Free german classes in the company rooms. Regarding external training an a bit complicated, longlasting approval approach and restrictions.
