Local Management and HR, as well as the whole team make an effort to accommodate everyone, and their ideas. Open discussion. Very good climate, good teamwork - except for a period where we had a problematic colleague (who regularly, very lengthily hijacked discussions, took out personal attitude on us, was derogatory towards others, while at the same time overrating his skills); fortunately, he left recently.

Upper management sometimes creates difficult challenges (like too tight deadlines, leading to technical debt). A lot of technical debt, only slow improvement on this
