Today, dear colleagues, that have been with the company for many years, were fired by the new tech management.
Only new management’s opinion is heard. No one else’s
Looking at the people that were let go it seems that colleagues, that speak up, have a really hard life at ifolor.
This is the third major layoff this year, despite company making big profits for the pockets of the owner family. Where is the government, where is HR to prevent this?
Don’t join this cultural mess anytime soon and leave as fast as you can.
I feel utterly disgusted and betrayed after seeing crying faces again today.
How can you do that, three weeks before Christmas?
How dare you, management?
How can you look yourself in the mirror?
