Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

A lot of great people all working hard. Everyone highly skilled and well educated thanks to pretty strict recruitment process.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Reacting too late when 2023's issues become more and more obvious.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Moving into new locations is great, but don't risk the companies solidity.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

In general atmosphere is good.

Kommunikation

Challenging times mean less positive messages. Everyone tries their best. Global setup and remote sessions make interaction with leadership more difficult.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

I have been working with great colleagues. On projects, people are very helpful and supportive.

Work-Life-Balance

Overtime is fully compensated (except higher ranks) - most reduce accrued overtime between project engagements. It's a professional services company - you have to expect peaks in projects to deliver the agreed scope in time.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

I personally never had issues.

Interessante Aufgaben

Every project has it's own challenges and chances. I hope to see more projects with even more positive impact (e.g., health of people).

Gleichberechtigung

Diversity is taken serious, but progress is a bit slow. I hope to see more women in leadership in the future, but also even more people from different cultures, different ethnical background and more cognitive diversity.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

I do regularly see new colleagues joining at age above 50/55. The mix of very senior people and graduates is positive - especially in projects. I have seen many working here till retirement.

Arbeitsbedingungen

The office in Schlieren is extraordinary. I also love the office in Belgrade. They workplaces are in general high-quality. Near- and offshore locations are the complete opposite of sweatshops.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

Sustainability is a key theme since 2022. Several internal initiatives in place. Especially relevant are client projects with ESG impact. More of that!

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Profit share cancellation for fiscal year 2023 was tough, but in more than 7 years with the company I regard this as exception and I had solid payouts in all other years. Although bad years happen, I think the company has to significantly improve this year.

I had constant career progress so far and I feel valued.
