Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

+ there are some colleagues with strong technical background but mostly are freelancers.
+ modern equipment

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

- too many people get hired and too many people leave the company, that was considerable amount for such a company with this size.
- This system of micromanagement didn't work well for that atmosphere (at least for me)
- a significant distance from start-up kids and new colleagues.
- I didn't get a decent feedback and evaluation of my jobs.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

awful ! the colleagues are divided into the friends (school kids) from start-up time and new colleagues after Vodafone acquisition. Of course there are some mature colleagues to hang on with.

Kommunikation

As I started I didn't know who is who. how the business process works.
I just got forwarded to the next colleague.

I'd never seen such a bad cooperation in my career life.

technically he was not able to judge the quality of my task. furthermore I was judged for someone else's job :\

there are from time to time workshops for interesting and modern topics. there's possibility to do some course if confirmed by your department manager.

thank you for your open and honest feedback! We take all feedback seriously and are grateful for suggestions for improvement.

First of all, I am pleased to hear that you nevertheless rated some points positively. Especially the point "work-life balance" is a topic that is very important to us and on which we are continuously working.

I understand your criticism of the communication and the working atmosphere. It is a pity that you found the cohesion among each other so negative. For me, grandcentrix stands for great cohesion, togetherness and helpfulness among each other. Due to the change from start-up to grown-up and the pandemic, we were of course confronted with some challenges. This means that it wasn't always easy to make sure that everyone got to know each other. Before the pandemic, people met more often in the hallway. But what I can say is that we are working on it. We have already organized a few events and are also in the process of organizing future events - in the form of informal get-togethers or technical events. I am sure that this will have a positive effect on the working atmosphere and the exchange among each other!

It's a shame to hear that you didn't get any decent feedback from your manager. We consider this as absolutely essential for your leaders and put it on the agenda for our leadership sessions recently.

It's unfortunate that you found your time at grandcentrix to be the worst job experience. It would have been nice if it hadn't come to that and we had talked about it at an earlier stage. Of course, as HR we also rely on people approaching us with feedback. On the other hand, we want to assure you that our doors are always open.
