The founder is a visionare, and when you get to listen to him you end up convinced of why you join this vision. He is also a great person and it is reflected on the values of the company

Every one is nice, it even feels suspicious at first because is rare to find a team where everyone is that nice, but here is for real

I give it a 4 because we are still improving our remote communication, and aligning on the different ways of saying things but overall, is pretty great

We work great together, try to learn all the time how to improve and are quite honest with each other

Some get more time than others, as a startup some times will be more stressful, but it is to be expected
