Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
First things first. This is not a 9-5 job. As you are to enjoy a lot of freedom of choice here, your commitment and availability does not end on Friday 1pm. It's not a 60h / week job either. But you are expected to get your stuff done on time and be there when you are needed.
Secondly, if you are a person that needs a lot of guidance and micro management, this is not for you. This place is for those of you who thrive in self-responsibility and at times, discomfort.

The founder is a visionare, and when you get to listen to him you end up convinced of why you join this vision. He is also a great person and it is reflected on the values of the company

Every one is nice, it even feels suspicious at first because is rare to find a team where everyone is that nice, but here is for real

We have a lot to learn and improve but everyone has the feeling that we are getting there

Some get more time than others, as a startup some times will be more stressful, but it is to be expected

We work great together, try to learn all the time how to improve and are quite honest with each other

Great trust in the employees, a lot of responsibility, fair and good salary, very flexible working hours, a lot of fun fun fun! Wouldn't surprise me to retire here
