Really bad. So stressful job as well as unorganized and no respect to kernzeit which leads at the end to at least 10 hours working day

Wierd, the last floor is a non allowed entry floor as the the manager there. No one listens to his/her employees. "Sie" culture at the management level. No comfortable to deal with management level.

Horror, no training offered , no courses , no introductions , you are on your own, no one is welling to help , and questions are questioned , no answers. It is simply s nightmare.
Number of employees are more than working places . So many externals. They changed employees many many times . Hiring lots of external companies any time which means that kicking employees out is always an easy option.
All devices are old. You get no thing new.
