Honestly, this is one of my favorite places I've worked at. I love the brand and the product, which inspires and motivates daily. What is very important for me, I absolutely adore the team - they are very strong professionals, and it is such a good match personality-wise. It's fun and exciting working together every day, and even that everybody works remotely, the feeling of belonging is there. Also, the management is very kind and supportive when it comes to personal reasons and requests.

I cannot mention something in particular - everyone in the company is driven by a constant desire to improve, and it comes with time. Open communication and feedback are key. Being with the company for a while, I can see strong progress in many areas.

I think there is a wonderful team in place now, and human-to-human relationships are wonderful, which fosters a great work environment.

There is an amazing and supportive team. It feels great to work alongside colleagues with such a great match. People seem to share the same values and ambitious "can do" mindset.
