Comunication it is not bidirectional in between the staff and the high management. They closed two shops in Austria without previous communication same day the team went work in a normal basis
Work-Life-Balance
As a Fulltime worker, or even my colleagues who work from 20-30h, we need to be always avaliable when needed and there is no discussion doing overtime almost everyday. My personal life consists in work, cook-eat, sleep and repeat 5 days a week

Very low for the amount of work, stress, exigence, physical activity and multitasking activities. Studies and titles related are not considered and the overtime is not paid but in shorter shifts
