Very relaxed atmosphere, actively trying to improve
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Casual atmosphere, flexible hours, Home Office whenever you want.
Trust is put in the employees to handle their own work and there's very little work pressure/stress.
Free phone and fruit in the office.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Too loose with agile/scrum process.
Team structure is chaotic right now.
Even though working hours are flexible, only 5 overtime comp days are allowed per year.
The expenses system is extremely hard to use to the point where it seems like the company wants you to give up and pay for your own expenses.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Make expenses form system more useable.
Provide more resources, time and initiatives for employee education.
Keep Home Office going after Corona.
Allow more than 5 comp days per year.
Allocate time for employees to work on side projects or new ideas.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Everyone is always laughing together. Managers don't talk down to you. Everyone is very approachable. There is sometimes some unnecessary tension during discussions.
Kommunikation
The company is trying hard to be more transparent and communicative than in the past. Maybe there is actually too much communication. Sometimes announcements are made multiple times.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Everyone communicates well, only issue is colleagues could contribute to agile/scrum process more.
Work-Life-Balance
Working hours are very flexible, not many hard deadlines.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Management is still catching up from structural changes, so chaos is inevitable, but they are clear that they are working on making things better.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Some technology choices are questionable and teams do not sit together. Otherwise, it is a great and comfortable office to work in.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
It is hard to say because I have not seen any environmental initiatives from the company besides recycling bins in the kitchens.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Decent pay and benefits like free smartphone and train tickets. Expenses system is hard to use.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
The company seems open to listening to employees about the career path. They have also been clear that they want to invest more into education and advancement.
