Great potential
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Nice welcoming group of people really. A good product, great image and a world of opportunities.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Business planning, teams management in general, communication, work/life balance. These are the reasons - at this exact moment - why I would not recommend a Friend to work here, in all honesty. But again, I think there is so much potential! I hope you find a way to improve certain aspects. I really do.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
This is a company with a great product and an amazing presence and opportunity in a niche market, where, at this moment, it has some great momentum going. In order to continue to succeed it seems to me some basic, structural changes need to be made. Basic questions like: Where do you want to be in the 6 months, 1 year, 2 years in all the different aspects / departments of your business? What steps do you need to start taking now to reach those goals? What can you simplify in all aspects of your business and get the same/best results? How strong is your Human Resources team? Are you engaging effectively with your employees? Have you got effective communications plans in place? How do you retain key talent now and in years to come? And more.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
relaxed. the environment in my team was good.
Kommunikation
needs improvement
Kollegenzusammenhalt
in my team it was ok, but between departments and within other teams some issues exist.
Work-Life-Balance
schedule and rosters should be reviewed to allow for a better balance between work, rest time and personal time.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
well-intentioned but lacking communication, motivation and guidance.
Interessante Aufgaben
could maybe assign specific projects to each employee. at this moment tasks are not interesting.
Arbeitsbedingungen
need better chairs and conditions for people who work long shifts. more air - open windows would be good.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
no recycling.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
salaries are low.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Training is non-existing. We only get on-the-job training, always with different people every day, which makes it really hard to get quality and consistency. No structured guidelines or procedures in place. The result is that management is not happy with the result, but actually until now nothing is being done to improve. Career development plan is not clear or non-existing.
