Management. No break and rest time is observed. Expected to work over time.

Be human to the colleagues. Gossip less about colleagues. Should not gossip about people who are on sick leave.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Its absolutely horrible! Arrogance floats in the air. From HR to the colleagues everyone is so unfriendly and rude. I guess thats because everyone is pissed all the time.
Kommunikation
No open comminication. People including managment speaks secretly amongst their favourites. Most of the time its negative communication.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Old one thinks they are the GODS and they need to be worshiped. Whatever they say is correct and no opposite answer can be given, if you do you become instantly bad collegaue.
Work-Life-Balance
That you can forget completely. They say they give you 3 days off but you are expected to work overtime and be flexible as per the company requirements but company never shows flexibility towards the workers. Cant plan anything. If you try to go home on your schedule shift end, people talk behind you against you. After the late shift you are expected to br available for the night shift from home!
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Breaks and rest period is not at all observed. Salaries are low for the amount of work they get done from you.

Very Bad!! No wonder every few months they are looking for new people! You can understand the rest.
