As a temporary worker who has only been at LSCHC for the past week, I have most certainly learned a lot and felt supported by my new coworkers. It is so cool to see how much of a positive impact LSCHC is having on the community!

I hope LSCHC will be more forward/open about the reasons behind people leaving the company/being fired.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Having a compost bin in the lunch room would be great :) also, having something akin to diversity training would be helpful. Profiling low-income racial minorities is never helpful, nor acceptable, but especially not in a medical setting with the express purpose of reaching these communities.
Diversität
I haven't been there long... but so far, the workforce looks very white, and doesn't reflect the population we serve.
Kommunikation
The company could do better in terms of letting employees know why former employees left/were fired.
