Arbeitsatmosphäre
Everyone outdoes each other here. And the management doesn't give a shit. They are only interested in image and are conceited.
Kommunikation
There is a lot of talk - behind colleagues' backs. Cohesion? =0.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Maybe some team building would be good.
Work-Life-Balance
The surroundings are quite nice. If you didn't have to work 45 hours a week in shifts, you might get something out of it.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Superiors are only interested as long as you dance to their tune. You don't even need to come up with problems.
At this point - it is pathetic when someone from the executive floor writes such obviously good reviews just to put the company in a better light again.
As good as a company is, no employee writes something like that.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Further training is desired, but not encouraged.
Not even a subsidy.
