Please stop doing DiSC assessments. To sum up it´s scientifically not up to date, not reflecting the individualism of people and have shortcomings in its results by being much to simplified. Please take a look:

Parental leaving is common. People are gathering also together after business to play games and have a laugh. Of course agency work can also be stressful, but it´s up to you how you handle it. Trainings to tackle that are provided.

Can´t say much about that here since I´m a privileged person in perspective of diversity. The leadership is engaging in fostering women in leadership positions and the basic principle is, that nobody speaks a native language if someone doesn´t understand it.
