2020:in-time information in recruiting, great green area; correctness with some info (?) - back up at work/team work
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Good working enveronment, working place (not more that 2-3 or 4 people in a room, nice social events;
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
installation for a fresh air in the room(s) has to be improved; lack of working culture for some - how to be dressed in summer, to behave on Workshops (it is not only for listening, eating and drinking coffee), after leaving MRs only a few people take their glasses, no one open windows for few minutes after the meetings, few people put their durty dishes and cups in dishwasher! I heard once "it is not my kitchen, I don't care" (was TL).
No proffesdional attitude for many is standart. ISTA for them is A place, opportunity for social, interesting personal contacts.
There was arogant colleague offended me few times because she didn't like me (between colleagues or even on meetings with externals). TL in the same team speaks to me without any colleagial respect in front of supervisor and it looks normal.
They are people who don't have enough know-how and personal skills to be TL but s/he became Head(s) in ISTA.
HR is administration function only.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Discussions (meetings) as part of problem solving and exchange of ideas how WE, together can do it better and not how someone did it wrong and wasted time of the others, especially on a meeting with EXT.
When this person is TL or Supervisor is acceptable at certain stage but between colleagues (and in this case between newcomer and experienced colleague) is completely not acceptable attitude.
We are all here to do our job and when and if we can support each other would be great, also to make our social events together.
My understanding is - if we cannot celebrate or enjoy together (team spirit) on certain social even then also our team work is under question. We should know each other also from personal point of view to be able to find common language to work better.
Work better together - live better too.
