Sometimes the pressure point to finally go out of a bad situation for the company comes too late in my opinion.

It‘s hard building up a software and a new company at once. At the same time sacrifice customers, investor and all team members.
Problems can be seen everywhere, but progress is made also.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
This is due to an unknown future of the company not definable.
They are open for that, but as they can‘t say for sure what they will need in one or two years, its not easy to promise things.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Some benefit’s were discussed quite a few times, but not decided to give yet.
Payroll is good.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
There were no old team members. But I think if older persons are competent in IT tasks and bring an agile mindset they are all welcome.
