Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Working at Mavie Next has been an incredibly rewarding experience from the very beginning. What sets this company apart is its amazing team, since we are carefully selected by the HR team to ensure the best fit with what the company stands for. The team is therefore diverse, international, and united by a shared passion for health-related topics. This also means that inclusivity thrives here which results in a collaborative and supportive work environment. In addition, there are many opportunities to bond with colleagues which makes it fun to be part of this team (after work activities, team offsites, Thirsty Thursdays etc)

Moreover, work-life balance is exceptional here, with the option for home office days and flexible working hours, everyone can manage their schedule in a way that suits them best. Other benefits are also amazing!

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

As a startup (at least currently), the company doesn't offer a traditional career path with clear vertical progression. This means that this is not a place for someone who is looking for quick career advancements. This is, however, compensated with opportunities to learn and develop professional skills. While vertical career growth may be slower, the horizontal growth in terms of skill development and knowledge building is great.

Also, as a corporate startup, we sometimes need to undertake projects imposed by the corporation we belong to. While these projects may not always make sense to us, we are required to comply with them, which can occasionally affect our motivation. While this is something external which we cannot easily change, a perceived lack of transparency from the leadership team regarding these externally mandated projects is missing. Employees may feel disconnected when decisions are made without clear communication or rationale provided. This can lead to a sense of being directed rather than collaboratively engaged in decision-making processes.
