The new Management.
Hire qualified poeple from the Education industry with experience in Sales who bring order into the chaos.
Since the new Management took over in 2020, there is a major restructuring but there is no strategy for it. Competent people who worked for the university for 5-10 years were let go and instead unqualified people got hired because they are cheaper. The fluctuation of employees in the past 8 months was extremely high, almost every month someone quits or gets fired. No stable team structures, the new bosses didn't get a proper training and also seem lost.
The working hours are very good, almost no overtime.
There are no possibilities for development or trainings. Also the new people who got fired didn't get a proper training and had to solve tasks on their own from Day 1.
Very low salary and no appreciation of past experience. The Management is only interested in cheap staff and gets rid of qualified people, who are of course more expensive.

The Management doesn't have a concrete plan and no focus. There are so many different projects and ideas but nothing is done properly. The student numbers also went down rapidly as there is no real marketing strategy in place and no one knows how to recruit students.
The office structure was very chaotic, there were not enough tables for all employees.

The tasks were not really challenging, at some point you always do the same things and there is no room for development.

Since the new management took over, there is pure chaos in the university. Every month either employees quit or get fired. The new people, who are being hired for a minimum wage have no experience in the education industry and are expected to get the job done without any training. There is no appreciation for loyal employees. Also there is no direction or plan for the future. The new Management decides to launch new projects every few months but nothing is really successful and gets dumped after a few weeks. Also there is a transition phase for a new Campus Management System that still doesn't work after 8 months.

The main difficulty is bad students that admitted to Modul university. Many of them have poor language skills that make the teaching process even more difficult. Secondly, they are badly educated, lazy and have no respect for lecturers. It was the worst students I have ever experienced during my whole professional career. Since the students are paying money, they think that the university should satisfy all their needs. Very often they lie, intend to complain anonymously to Academic Office for every single reason they found valid. The reality is that they do not want to work and to study and look for an excuse.
Another main problem was academic misconduct. Students very often copy-paste from the Internet, however, the university tolerates it and takes no measures against it.
Many people in the Administration are extremely unprofessional: there is no clear process, secretaries perform the function of Academic Office because people are leaving and all this creates a mess. Also, some members of the Administration are extremely rude and impolite.
To introduce clear processes, to hire professional people, to create healthy and transparent working environment, to stop the practice of anonymous complaints, to admit better students.
Salary is within the market range
There is no clear communication. Anonymous complaints are welcomed at the university, Many people from the administration do not respect colleagues and behave impolite and rude.
