Sehr schlecht und fand auch nur in eine Richtung statt. Offenes Feedback wurde gegen einen verwendet.

Kollegenzusammenhalt
Generell sehr gut, dies wurde aber durch das Verhalten der Führungsebene komplett relativiert.
Generally very good, but this was completely relativized through the behavior of the managers.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Mit Worten nicht zu beschreiben. Ich wünsche niemandem so etwas erleben zu müssen.
There are no words to describe the management behavior. Nobody should have to go through that.
Interessante Aufgaben
Potential für interessante Aufgaben wäre vorhanden gewesen, leider wurde es nicht umgesetzt und es gab kaum Mitbestimmungs- und Entfaltungsmöglichkeiten
Potential for interesting tasks was given. Unfortunately it was not implemented and associates had almost no opportunity to influence this.
Gleichberechtigung
Wie bereits in mehreren Bewertungen angemerkt, sollten im Speziellen Frauen dieser Firma fern bleiben.
As mentioned in several other comments, especially women should stay clear of this company.
