After being 45mins late to the very first interview, the HR person started the meeting off with a short explanation about the company. Two sentences being said, she immediately switched topics and talked about my salary expectations. "The company cannot afford hiring me". That is basically what she said. Why even the waste of time of an delayed interview, allthough it was transparent and clear what my salary expections were, EVEN BEFORE THE MEETING STARTED!
After she realised, that i am not up for a freelancing position, she wanted to quit the interview and didnnot even listen correctly anymore.
What a waste of lifetime...
