Interesting experience, which highly depends on the department you're in
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Great benefits, overtime or weekend work is pretty rare. Most Red Bull employees are kind, open-minded people from all over the world, which makes the workplace very enjoyable.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Lack of transparency and the general leadership philosophy are the biggest problems in my opinion. People get promoted to their level of incompetence and stay in their roles for decades. Whenever problems are addressed or suggestions for improvements are made, one is only reminded of their own responsibility (which, naturally, has its limits). Over time, this feels like a lazy excuse to avoid taking responsibility or making any changes.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Allowing new ideas, having the courage to change outdated work processes, and communicating more openly with each other.
Also, Red Bull should offer sabbaticals, educational leave, and the possibility of reducing working hours.
Kommunikation
Communication within the company lacks transparency. Decisions are made without providing any explanation, leading to mistrust in management.
Interessante Aufgaben
versatile and exciting work tasks
Gleichberechtigung
could be improved
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
I would say that in general, older colleagues are more respected than younger ones
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
fair, but don't expect significant salary increases throughout your career (unless you change roles/departments)
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Career jumps are very rare.
Red Bull does offer the possibility to attend workshops, but the budgets for this are subject to the respective managers, some of whom prefer to save money rather than spend it on their employees.
