very difficult work environment, unclear structures and strategy make many good people leave. staff retention is definitely not a priority.

Chose better suited staff for management positions, create a clear strategy for the organisation and scrutinize why about half of the team has left in only around 1,5 years

the work atmosphere was initially very good but deteriorated a lot during the past few years - menawhile, some describe it as toxic. many staff members have left the organisation for this reason (although they previously loved their jobs).

depends on the team, but complaints about mobbing, bossing and unfair treatment are increasing

generally very high workload and many business trips, most employees have all-in contracts and it is not checked if the all-in payment actually covers all overtime. important to set oneself boundries in particular for comitted staff members who feel responsible for the organisation.

the VIC is an old, outdated office building with bad ventilation and lightening; some offices are very small and meeting rooms are lacking. IT infrastructure is comparable to other non-profits (not IOs). Don't expect a laptop or cell phone unless you apply for a management position.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
depends on the job (senior salaries are attactive but junior salaries are generally not); tax-free income is an asset - but most salaries are all-in and do not necesarrily cover all overtime worked. possibilities for salary increases are arbitrary so think well what you accept.
