Welcoming international team, good gender balance, proactive salary increases
Currently office is shabby . Office infrastructure could be improved to encourage people to come in more - being mostly remote/too much flexible working can get lonely

the product we were building is cool and there was a lot of freedom within the work
The salary is just above market average and promotions/raises are given proactively and promptly. Bonuses were also given without asking. Very generous training program, again offered proactively when they think someone has an aptitude. Nice extras like group wellness programs , regular get togethers.
Better workload planning to avoid crunch times at the end of the year.

the IT team is skilled and friendly, spearheaded by a very competent CTO. it's a growing business with no signs of stopping. issues raised are taken seriously and an effort is made to correct them, even if not immediately
lack of incentives in combination with an average salary. communications issues in the recent past.
incentives make the world a better place. you should offer some.
it's a fun, laid back and professional atmosphere.
it's a really new business that's growing rather quickly, especially in renown in the scene.
it's obvious that the CTO takes good care of providing a very humane environment. I never had any issue or uncomfortable feeling when I needed a day off, or work from home.
there are plenty possibilities to learn new things but I'm not entirely sure how far up the ladder you could possibly climb
average industry standard. nothing fancy, nothing unfair
well everyone is eco-conscious but there are definitely some things that can be improved upon
we're all pretty young but everyone's nice to the oldest (sub 40) I guess
it gets a tad hot in the summer and it's difficult to maintain a nice temperature in the winter but the equipment is great
there are certain points to critique in terms of communicating that seem sloppy at times, however after the points were discussed openly it seems like a good amount of effort is going towards improving this.

sadly there are a lot of refactorings that need to be done but haven't had much time allocated to as of yet. this makes some tasks that could be interesting a tad tiresome at times. though it's certainly not the majority
