Great company diversity, encouragement/empowerment and training/coaching to the individuals who are willing to step-up into required responsibilities.
Cool product to work on, with great international impact. Company size and general culture was positive

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

For a small to medium size company the connection and interactions between teams is very low.
Communication internally is generally lacking. Filling roles within teams was often very slow. Exec and higher managers don't seem to listen to feedback from employees

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Get more than one headquarters for working, Hiring new talent is such a big obstacle in the current location. Work on exec level communications internally. Encourage and support higher contributors in the company with more than just training. Loss of talent is high is a big problem.

The unintentional segregration between teams is massive but within teams working on a daily basis together, it was pretty decent.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Between select teams cohension is high, however between others cohesion does not exist at all

Good working from home support for most teams which helps. Some issues with the balance of work-load within some teams as there are individuals who coast on through their work week, relying on the higher contributors to effectively cover for the team

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Higher managers and exec-level were always distanced and seemingly out of touch. However Middle managers were great

Interessante Aufgaben

The product and tasks around it were interesting, however lacking automation meant staff still do a fair amount of manual work

Working space was generally great, only draw-back was the older building itself & the miss-haps and maintenaince around that

Salary was fairly close to median for the role

Company image was good, but beginning to slowly deteriorate due to declining product quality verses customer expectations

training and coaching was provided/offered and additionally more to those willing to contribute more. However career progression was limited
