Arbeitsatmosphäre
Gread as well as delusion by the owners and some managers (cross locational seen) taking over. Some of them might think all power is concentrated on their person only. Unclear and contious jumps in the strategies - it appears management among all SECOP locations is not aligned.
Very long and demanding decision making, those are tried to be pushed down as the whole company has low common understanding on each others expectations, roles and processes.
Unluckily leaders with a modern mindest suffer and get limited by this circumstance and have either accept the situation or adjust their mindset.
Kommunikation
Depending on the manager/leader inform on major performance of the company, but very often you get also the feeling mangers hide themselves in meeting rooms and create their own reality to share with the owner.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Very multi-cultural location with colleagues from Phillipines, Austria, Eastern Europe, India, Brazil, etc.
Work-Life-Balance
Workload is approbiate and ok but leadership style and missing transparency in roles as well expectations lead regulary to conflicts which can't be always shaked off when leaving the company door

In general work could be fun and it's interessting but sometimes passivness and establishement acceptance from colleagues, leaders or principals which leads to uneccesary activites and discussions
Arbeitsbedingungen
fancy looking building but you always face the reality when you enter a companies toilet and half of the things are broken for almost one year
In some offices it's pretty loud, IT equipment is average whereas the outsource IT support is pretty demanding

Some very motivated colleagues cycle to work - i think that's the biggest contribution Secop offers the einvironment. The change to natural refrigerants in the products is reflecting the market desire and national regulations, not the owners/managers proactivness

Average and varying, some are with all-in, different bonus levels among similar hierachy steps or no bonus applied in some departements
