Looks like only those disappointed so far left their comments here - there is another point-of-view too!
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Samll is beautiful! You have a lot of degrees of freedom.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
You cannot lean back and someone else will do your work.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Find some women which join us ;-)
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Cannot imagine anything we could not talk about openly.
I can rely on my colleagues 100% ... and of course they on me :-)
I get regular positive feedback.
Kommunikation
Never felt like getting too little information. (We are small so things are extensively transparent.)
And if it would ever be so I miss information, I can just ask.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
As already written above: 100% trust in my collegues and their competence.
Work would become quickly very seriously complicated, if it would be anything else.
We strive hard to share as much work and information as possible.
Work-Life-Balance
I am widely free to schedule my working hours. (Core hours with expected availability is 10:00 to 16:00.) Home-office is up to personal decision and preference.
Vacation-planning is up to negotiation between collegues. Never I could not find and agreement to take the vacation I wanted to.
Yes, there is a lot of work and overtime working is not a rare thing.
On the other hand there was never any private appointment that I had to miss due to working-hours. Everything can be agreed!
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Typically decisions on what to do when are openly discussed by all involved collegues (that includes managers). I know why I have to do what and when.
I can rely on my manager(s) like on my collegues and never had to be scared to get blamed.
Of course customers expectations are demanding, asking for challenging goals.
Interessante Aufgaben
Otherwise I would not be any longer with Sonorys. And I am now joining them for many years!
Gleichberechtigung
Unfortunately no female technicians with Sonorys. But I am pretty sure she would be very welcome ;-)
We are a very international company. Currently I count 7 nationalities among my colleagues (soon 8) although we really small.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Yes, we have a few collegues which might see their retirement in the next few years. And they are held in high regard, for their expertise, for their personality, actually for many things.
Arbeitsbedingungen
With beginning of 2023 we relocated to a new modern office in Peak Tower. I would not miss anything here.
The only annoying fact is the short opening times of the central canteen. ;-) (In the new office we are no longer allowed to cook on our own.)
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Hard to find a direct relationship to our immediate work.
Mobile phone business might be seen from different points-of-view.
Some collegues are coming by bike.
Company supports us to register as a team in sports competitions.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Hard to tell with Austria's culture not to talk about your salary. More is always better ;-)
We get support for the local parking fee, mobile phoe usage and the canteen. There is a contribution to a retirement plan. The yearly Christmas-present and an extended get-togehter is a very well cultivated custom.
I neever experienced any irregularities with the payment of my salary.

We honor what we do! Maybe we should spread the word more. But who of your friends and neighbours would be interested in the technical intricacies of our business?
Still after years I wonder how we manage to achieve what we accomplish. We are great!
Karriere/Weiterbildung
As I already wrote: We are small. There is (almost) no hierarchy. So nothing along the lines of a typical career. On the other hand, it's just one step to become CTO (or whatever). It's up to you. Everyone has his (sorry, not yet any her) merits.
There is no professional training along the usual lines. Because of our very specialized business, it's very much training on-the-job. And we spend a lot of time to support our new colleagues as good as possible.
