Friendly, amicable and respectful environment within the teams, team work is taken literally. Steer clear from working with the C-Level members if you can.
For a HR (tech) company that prides itself with delivering great HR services, it has a surprisingly non-existent internal HR system in place. How this company still operates is a mystery to most employees. Collective opinion is that the initial idea and vision of the company was nice but that the C-level's bad decision making is slowly but surely running the company to the ground.
Depends on which department you work in, again contradicting information, while they pride themselves with offering the 32h week, they don't really wanna see you working less than 40h.
You can work remotely, but that's a standard these days anyways.
Overall a downward spiral. You get special treatment (aka fair opportunities/promotions) and they will remember your name if you keep quiet and don't voice your opinion.
Expect to be humbled and talked down to if you ask for a number that they don't agree with, however fair it might be in your eyes. Promised bonuses are not paid out in the end.
More than just colleagues, the team spirit is amazing!
Since the turn-over of employees is quite high and there are few people that have been with the company longer, it's hard to say. But what can be said is that it doesn't matter how long and how much you have sacrificed, at the end of the day you will not be rewarded.
Delusional behavior and questionable decision making on all levels, personally and professionally. Complete lack of self-reflection, sustainable management or even a remotely aligned strategy.
Nothing out of the ordinary, the rooftop at the office is a plus.
Very transparent and quick within the teams, but C-level often communicates contradicting information, makes for a lot of chaos.
Again questionable decision making from C-level, favoritism and nepotism is omnipresent.
Typical startup, scope of work is sometimes not clearly defined, you help out where you can.
The only positive thing about the atmosphere is its people! Employees are usually full of energy and positive. The company is very international so its great to be in contact with employees from different cultures and backgrounds.
On the downside, it's an extremely toxic environment with a considerable amount of gossip and where negative behaviors are part of the daily routine - especially from the C-level: yelling, manipulation, lack of respect and humiliation (personally and in public) are omnipresent.
The company praises itself for offering a 32 hours week and work-life balance with remote and flexible hours (which most companies provide today anyways, so I can't see it as a benefit). Still, you are valued and expected to work over hours: Saturdays, Sundays, during holidays. You are expected to be available 24/7. Expect to receive calls late at night and early in the morning, even for the simplest tasks, which could have been resolved during normal working hours.

From the C-level not only lies are shared, but also contradictory information. Employees never know what to expect.
Regarding feedback, especially from C-Level , expect to be talked down in the first opportunity of a mistake.

The company offers a lot of opportunities and exciting projects. Definitely, a place where you can grow and learn.
There haven't been positive talks about the company in the office for awhile. One of the few positive association comes from the companies connection to Speedinvest
On the one hand there is a 32h work week which is great. But basically listening to "Oh I worked so hard Saturday/Sunday" what feels like every week, gives the impression you are expected to be on the job 24/7
One the one hand there are great opportunities for growth, on the other hand people that don't have any experience in certain fields are promoted to lead positions because they either shout the loudest or it is convenient from a network point of view
Teamleads really do their best, but the Founders are basically not existent in this company. And on the rare occasion they are available for employees you only get a sales pitch
You definitely get the tools you need to do your job. The office is a mixed bag. It definitely has its own charm, but then having office redesign initiatives that never happen is weird
Like "Vorgesetztenverhalten". If a sales pitch is all you get, "Kommunikation" isn't really working
The company definitely suffers from favouritism.
Man hilft sich viel und kann sich bei verschiedensten Themen einbringen. Proaktivität und Autonomie werden gefördert, sodass jeder Ideen einbringen kann.

Hier ist noch bzgl. des Umweltbewusstsein noch etwas Luft nach Oben. Der Fokus auf Gleichberechtigung zieht sich durch die ganze Firma und auch in die Projekte.
Untersützendes Umfeld, man hilft wo man kann.
Es gibt kaum ältere Kollegen, aber das Alter spielt in der Firma keine Rolle.
Die Vorgesetzten lassen viel Freiraum und geben einem viel Vertrauen. In stressigen Wochen sind die mal nicht so sehr erreichbar haben auch trotzdem meist ein offenes Ohr. Sehr empathisch!
Schönes Office in Top-Location mit Dachterrasse, wöchentlichem gemeinsamen Frühstück, Laptop und Equipment und die Klassiker wie Obst, Kaffee. Homeoffice ist fast immer möglich. Dazu nette Teamevents- Top!
Es wird Offenheit gelebt und eher zu viele als zu wenig Leute involviert. Startup-Typisch ist das manchmal chaotisch aber da der UmGang sehr freundlich und positiv ist ist das in Ordnung.
