Kollegenzusammenhalt
Colleagues were great, they are all gone too. There was a lot of talk about how this team is like a family etc. This comes down to the owner expecting you to be engaged like a family member and work for low pay.

Older colleagues wont get the necessary respect.

Toxic, gaslighting, trying to squeeze as much labor out as possible.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Expected to be there long before clocked in, unpaid. Not even a chair to rest on, it was removed since they moved to the new location.
Kommunikation
There was an event of a supplier where employees where supposed to gain points for devices sold, to get rewards. The rewards part was not communicated, and the owner took the rewards for themselves, saying they got no obligation to give the rewards to the employees who worked for it.

Male and female employees get treated equally, equally bad
