Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Flat hierarchy, openness in communication, cultivating a great working atmosphere and friendship among people, crazy learning curve, dogs in the office, relaxed dress code, joint pilates classes, wellness competitions, joint lunches and dinners, colleagues from all around Europe, colleagues offering their coastal homes for free for other colleagues. Food is given its rightful important place :) .
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Maybe it is still for me to discover, but after almost three years not much really. It is a fast growing company and sometimes it might feel the leg has not grown as much as an arm but getting there.

More team building activities, more training opportunities, achievers appreciation program, introduction of some form of additional benefits for employees.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
I feel people are chosen here using some kind of a special mould, vast majority is so kind, loving, open for cooperation. This is the thing I most like about Tito and Friends Group - the amazing people there.
Kommunikation
Communication is open, direct. I get a lot of feedback for my work sometimes too honest, haha, it could be sugarcoated a little bit. However, it was a major drive for me to grow.

I have never worked anywhere before with so many people that I could call friends as well.

Home office (it might differ for some), remote work, flexible hours. Understanding for personal needs. Genuine concern about the people.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
My immediate boss is calm, mild, understanding, appreciative, clear in directions, supportive and very appreciative of my work. My other direct manager, higher ranking, has also been very supportive, pushing me to do my best, giving me so much attention and training at the beginning of my work here. But also very direct in pointing when something is wrong. So a perfect combo I would say.
Interessante Aufgaben
I am learning a lot, still. Even after 3 years and I am enjoying my tasks and genuinely looking forward to work. I feel like the workload is distrubuted to as you can carry, and my team was actually told please say if it is too much, if you cannot cope...
Gleichberechtigung
Women are very valued, respected. It doesnćt matter what gender you are, your age, status, nationality. What matters is if you can do your work, if you are hardworking, proactive, kind.
Arbeitsbedingungen
It is very pleasant to work in the Vienna office (I haven't seen the other offices).
Karriere/Weiterbildung
I think we are all responsible for our own personal development and you should learn all your life. I was personally given a lot of opportunities and support for professional growth. However, this is one area I think the company could do even better in terms of planning and offering more training opportunities.
