During the work, I feel really good, coleagues are friendly and atmosphere is in general very good. A bit could be improved on the manager side, I feel like the tea-leaders could really be more leaders instead bosses.

Good Communication about the situation and goals. However there are many situations when people leave the company/get fired without us knowing the situation (What happened)
