Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
* The product.
* The people.
* Great flexibility on HR side, such as Workation.
* Home office possible.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
* Recent management changes.
* Negative atmosphere due to constant struggle in projects. And those caring to improve the situation are not heard.
* Random dismissals in several departments. Nobody is safe.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
* In the last couple of months a few people have been promoted into management positions who are seemingly very good in selling themselves towards the C-level, but don't do much in improving the situation for the workforce that actually delivers the projects. This leads to growing frustration by colleagues, myself included. Dig a bit deeper if those promoted are actually doing a decent job or if they just make the life of those working hard more complicated, while grabbing the laurels for any positive changes for themselves.
* Invest more into the long term viability of the product.
* Invest in more cross-office visits. Microsoft Teams is never as good as meeting coworkers face-to-face.
