Micromanagement, constant surveillance, non-stop pressure!
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Micro-management and constant surveillance (individual KPIs from some teams are posted MULTIPLE TIMES PER DAY (!) for all employees to read) create an atmosphere of pure pressure. I have never experienced such a bad environment inside a team. Everybody is afraid and people are on the verge of breakdown, the lucky ones leave.
Kommunikation
Official communication is terrible. If you are not randomly talking to the right person, you will be surprised by most decisions, like new hires and major business decisions.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Ever heard of trauma bonding?
Work-Life-Balance
Quite okay. Some employees seem to be traveling more than working.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Managerial style from the 60s. Bad performance? Higher goals! Troubles reaching them? Just do more (of what doesn't work)! Sometimes it almost felt bipolar. One day everyone is friendly and happy, the next day its a round of blaming and accusations for everybody to read.
Interessante Aufgaben
The sad part is that it could be so exciting, instead demanded tasks are old-school and repetitive.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Most older colleagues quit.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Office situation not fitting for the type of company (it tries to be).
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Minimum pay for the "lower class" so upper management can enjoy the cake.
Image
Apparently it used to be worse, still not good though.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
None.
