Complete distrust towards employees, even when they are experts in the field, bullying to employees to the point of burning everyone out, ignoring all the red flags, especially now that people are constantly either being fired or quitting, how different are men and women treated, showing less respect to the latter, how subpar upper management is

- Some people in upper management shouldn't be allowed to talk to other human beings, since they lack basic social skills
- Employee's feedback is usually completely dismissed if it's not what upper management wants to hear

Upper management made it quite difficult for most people who are in contact with them to to work there, generating a lot of anxiety problems. There is no trust although it's supposed to be one of the values of the company
Kommunikation
Communication is bad and there is no transparency. Upper management has poor communication skills, which is visible in every company meeting, where they fail to answer the questions in a meaningful way
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Besides upper management, most of the people working there are really nice and one of the reasons to stay there longer

No trust or respect to employees, especially towards women, constant micromanagement and even bullying at some point. They like to think they know about everything, although is quite the contrary
