It looks like there is too much work for hired amount of people. It is maybe cost efficient but doesn't leave a good impression.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
People are often overworked and tired. There is always more work available than one can perform in a given time, so the managers are putting pressure on the employees. Also it's a common practice to take interns pay them rather modest salary for a longer period of time and than prolonging this over and over again untill people grow tired of it and quit.Before the company was purchased by AstaZaneka hiring and firing was a common strategy.
Kommunikation
Communication is ok, all employees have company phone and Leptop so they can be well reached also outside of the working hours.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Personally I liked most of the people that i worked with. It looks like one prefers to hire rather younger and motivated people, however many of them leave the company after year or two.
Work-Life-Balance
Home office is no problem, however there is high pressure from top to be available on vacation, sick leave, evening and weekends. The amount of work is such that one can complete maximum 80% of task so there is always something left to do.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
I would say that the pressure to work more and very tight deadline goes from the very top so supervisors are also having enormous amounts of work and not always have time to even supervise the employees properly.
Gleichberechtigung
There is no gender discrimination, however some employees are hired through external companies, so they don't get the same benefits as regular employees. So there is like a second class of non alexion employees who don't get benefits and have lower salary
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
There were not many older colleagues but I would say one treats people equally regardless of age, gender or natinality
Arbeitsbedingungen
Nice office, good equipment, functional meeting rooms, good location, drinks are fruits available in the office
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Possibly for people with direct contract the payment is good,but for those who are employed through external agencies is rather poor. Also no company benefits for this category.
