Dear Colleague,
AAL has provided additional recreational areas as well as made breakfast and lunchtimes more flexible to reduce the number of people at the same time in one area. In addition, we have removed chairs from the break room to assure better distancing. We do not run a kindergarten here, but we deal with adults.
Communication, especially during COVID time, was reduced to Memos. Gathering for meetings with the entire company would be against COVID rules. MEMOS are used by all major companies worldwide, as this is the most efficient way of communication.
At AAL, an annual salary is divided either by 12, 13 or 14 months. This depends on the employees` tax scheme and not nationality.
Salaries of our employees are not public knowledge, but the term "average" is an incorrect term.
Management and HR regularly praise (both verbally and in writing) and reward employees.
Our company rewards its employees with free meals, events, off days, birthday and Xmas gifts.
