Arbeitsatmosphäre

Worst Place, I have ever seen. Worse than I ever could have imagined before. Before I came here, I was a little bit concerned because of all the bad reviews about this "company" I saw on Glassdoor and Kununu. But I sayed to myself; these reviews are probably just a few pieces of a big puzzle. But I was so wrong! Here you find a culture of blaming, lying and depreciating others.

Kommunikation

Horrible! Shouting. Once, I was told, that it also happened, that it became physical.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

A culture of devaluation, denunciation, aggressiveness. Ofcourse, there are a few nice people as well, but that doesn't really help. The whole atmosphere is poisoned. I have never seen so many people in one place with such pronounced psychological abnormalities. The normal people, who could leave left already. The fluctuation was very high. Now basically, just the floor set is still there.

Work-Life-Balance

It might happen, that you are on a position, where there is nothing to do. There are many people, which are basically doing nothing. It also can happen, that you are extremly overloaded with work, massive pressure is put on you and even if you work 55 hours a week, they will come and make you responsible for things which are not done or are done wrong.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

A management, who never really could develope proper leading skills. There are people in positions who would never fullfill even one of 20 basic requirments which should be covered for such a position. Manager, who do not know, how to use a PC or a MS Office tool, they can't plan projects, non non-existence softskills, blaming the employers for their own mistakes, micromanagement, chasing people back and forth.
