Different communication channels are used for communication (calls, MS Teams, e-mails and live events). We also have quarterly Swiss meetings, where the whole company gets together and has a fun time as well.

Arbeitsbedingungen
In summer it get`s hot in the office, but free ice cream compensates for it. Adjustable tables would be great, but the rest of the office & equipment is very good and state of the art.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
The leadership cares a lot about ESG topics (e.g. asking for train rides instead of flights). At the same time we work a lot on helping our client`s to become more sustainable.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
The pillar II pension support is generous, and the salary seems competitive to me.

As we are not a large team in Switzerland we could work harder on becoming known for how we work as a team and what we offer our clients.

There are many internal and external courses offered and promoted. Learning is part of our job and well appreciated by everyone.
