Company mainly operates on a model of leasing consultants temporary to industry and pharma clients until the assignments end, either (ideal) there is a follow up project or (not ideal) there is a virtual bench, meaning, consultants loos a variable part of their salary and are being pushed to search their own assignment or join internal projects (not recommended, since it includes a variety of baseless “keep the consultant busy with something” tasks), usually limited up to three months, which after employees will be terminated.
