The oil and gas industry is a fast pace environment and as such sudden and fast changes might occur. Communication is not always easy but I believe it is due from all sides

the company could be a bit more flexible especially when there are workload peaks, it would only be a benefit for the company itself

I believe many employees who left their negative comments do not see the other part and give the fault to others as it is easier and more convenient to do so; I would rather suggest to look more at their commitment, their performance in a more realistic way
Interessante Aufgaben
Surely the job is not an easy one and at times the workload might be demanding, I still believe it is a matter of organisation. There are peaks as well as downtimes. They are quite sincere at the interviews about this if you do not feel comfortable with this do not accept the job without complaining afterwards

For all who say that career opportunities are only for italian I believe they are only jealous as they were not chosen. the most recent promotions prove them wrong, as they were all international employees and not italian

New and very bright, might have some more space, but this is due to the fast growing pace of the company

this might be improved, but they do organise from time to time event (christmas dinner, summer barbecue, 1 week skiing with competition)

Very good benefits for health insurance, pension, salary wise might be better but it is still to see in a comparable sector

Unfortunately it seems that some employees who might have not had success within the company are spreading unnecessary negative comments, if these efforts would be more directed in a positive way there might have been some better opportunities for them too
Karriere/Weiterbildung
given a good performance, attitude towards colleagues superiors and project, a problem solving skills rather than creating the problem have always seen a possibility in career. A few employees have been given the chance of an international career within the group. Being the Corporate an italian company, the italian language knowledge is a plus but not a necessity for career as the latest promotions prove (of the latest 2 promotion none of them speak italian)
