For its size, this company is rather internationally diverse - this helps make for a smart and exciting working atmosphere! All the consultants are very intelligent and talented individuals. I truly enjoyed collaborating on projects and learning from each of my colleagues. As my first job working in consulting, it was overall a great experience.

The client portfolio is quite limited (natural for a small consultancy) so this limits the type of projects employees can work on
