Atmosphere in daily business with colleagues was enriching and refreshing, some good people. On the other hand, communication and work with management is incorporated with bias, prejudice and unprofessionalism. Oppression is prevalent. Management spreads a toxic atmosphere. Secret conversation about employees and ommitance of crucial information. Lack of just-culture. Rather reactive than generative culture. Employees are being burned and bullied.
