It’s great that you have found your fit when it comes to the company but also colleagues and a manager that you like working with. It is essential that you have a manager that supports your professional development and makes you want to progress your career at Hemmersbach. It’s a cliché but it’s true – our people are our most important asset and we do not want to lose any of our performance heroes! We are also happy that you find your tasks interesting and have autonomy when it comes to organizing your work. We truly believe in giving our colleagues responsibility and the chance to do things their way, as this way both our colleagues as well as our organization can keep learning.

You mentioned that every now and then you experienced a heavy workload. Of course, in our business there are times when the projects need more of our attention, leading to an increased workload. However, with our flexible working time schemes our colleagues can balance the more intense phases during a quieter time. Besides flexibility, we also offer our colleagues other benefits depending on the location, such as insurance and pension benefits, use of company car, and staff discounts. In the future, we want to offer more attractive benefits for our colleagues, and are working on new offerings.

When it comes to communication, we regularly inform our colleagues about important topics, such as our corporate goals and their achievement and improvements in our processes and services. Due to the fast-paced business we often need to react to changing customer needs fast, and are proud of our pragmatic colleagues who make this possible. Therefore it may well be, that changes are sometimes communicated on a short-notice.
