I enjoyed the team spirit and in our team we had a great team leader.

Communication top down could have been better at times but overall good.

All pulling in the same direction. No back-stabbing. I felt heard, taken seriously and I could speak up openly.

Towards the end (the last 3 years out of 10) work became increasingly more intense.

I had a very good, honest and open relationship with my direct manager. We are still in touch.

Interessante Aufgaben

I was involved in various projects. The more you show interest and involve yourself, the more you can get out of it and develop yourself and others.

That was never a topic. All good.

Great cafeteria, great restaurant, great campus and fantastic office.

We had initiatives, did company activities to raise awareness and collect money for cancer research and other initiatives.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

While being employed we always thought we are not making much but it turned out that we were well compensated when I compare it to other institutions.

IMD is a great name to have on your CV.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

It is hard to climb up anywhere within IMD. It is a flat organization. Depends what you like. I found that this contributed to a more comfortable and supportive work environment.
