Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

The corporate events (several parties towards the end of the year) are pompous. (whereas the money in the employee paydays would possibly bring longer-term entertainment).

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Even love. Blind to Internal Problems. Want to achieve goals without taking the first step? Threatening employees = absolute no-go.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Listen to people more; don't threaten them when they ask for "more" (which is normal in other companies).

Arbeitsatmosphäre

A thank you is as rare as decisions that are made; decisions are simply pushed back and forth until the employee is satisfied with the ACTUAL situation.

Kommunikation

It has improved over the years, but in the end, the level was that of an intranet - publishing only what the management considers important;

Kollegenzusammenhalt

It depends on where you work - the cohesion is very strong on the whole. However, if there is an opportunity to badmouth someone from another department or to make oneself important, this is used. Just don't go to superiors and expect solutions - where everyone is afraid of everyone (depending on the ranking to the top floors).

Work-Life-Balance

As a new employee you are lured with everything there is until you are there too long it's like a cell phone contract... What do you actually want? You have it good?

Vorgesetztenverhalten

If there were 0 stars; that would be the case here. The supervisors from all departments try as often as possible - to badmouth the other department heads; everyone does what they want; while department A is not allowed to do home office - others are at home every week. While some struggle with compensation - others sit at home for weeks at a time - depending on the department possible.

Too many think you are important - while not seen who is "real". Depends on how often you go jogging at noon

If you manage to be in the boat for more than 5 years - then you are part of the inventory - that's how you are treated

You are paid like an unskilled worker; pointless discussions for more pay; every year at the salary meeting the same: "We had a hard year..." ; on the other hand the department heads still drive fatter cars (Porsche(s) / Tesla...)
