Arbeitsatmosphäre

A general climate of mistrust, control, and damage to reputation through the spread of rumors and insults. Primarily initiated by individuals, but it sustainably harms the overall working environment.

Kommunikation

Overall, very poor. Often lacks transparency, lacks clarity, frequently not honest in the end, with sometimes seemingly odd interpersonal behavior.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Cohesion depends on the department and team. There are good examples where nice and trusting relationships were built. However, in specific cases, there were people who punished others with ignorance, spread rumors, and behaved absolutely ridiculously without facing any consequences. Consequently, for the company as a whole, it is unfortunately rather poor.

Work-Life-Balance

A home office policy is in place, providing some flexibility. On the other hand, rigid rules are enforced, even when they serve no apparent purpose (having to be in the office without a single other colleague present).

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Unfortunately, the fish always rots from the head down.
