a french company? 90% French employees, that's a fact no more and no less. Instead of English, almost only French is spoken - logically.
Workload is high.

too many places to eat which partly confused and unnecessarily produce pressure. it is not spoken properly. Meetings that are unnecessary and distract from work. I myself was affected by targeted misinformation. Agreements are not implemented consistently.

Workload is sometimes very high. The impossible is to be implemented. No clear line and standards are softened. I have experienced a few colleagues who were not up to the pressure. Burnout was often the result. A team does not exist. possibly grouping for self-protection. HR stays idle and overreaches.

"state of the art" was apparently not known in my department before my time. first had to define standards. company then hung but pure.
