Technical Business Development Precision Components (gn)
Your Responsibilities
- Drive growth by focusing on replication strategies within PrC
- Conduct market and customer need evaluations, including competitor analysis for specific products
- Support local key account managers in business development and provide both technical and commercial guidance
- Participate in joint customer visits with local sales organizations as a technical consultant to key customers
- Convey regional market needs and customer feedback to the Product Line organization
- Represent customer interests internally to ensure satisfaction, including fast response times and reliable, competent information
- Prepare marketing materials such as presentations, web page content, and white papers
- Develop and implement strategic product initiatives based on market demands
Your Profile
- Master's degree in technology (materials science, physics, mechanical engineering, or a related field)
- Several years of experience in surface technology, with specific knowledge in PVD or PACVD coatings. Experience in carbon coatings is advantageous
- Proven track record in managing technical products and product portfolios in a global matrix organization, serving a diverse B2B customer base
- Sales experience in high-tech products is a plus
- Strong skills in developing and executing product strategies focusing on growth and profitability
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
- Fluent in English (mandatory). German language skills are preferred
- Willingness to travel (up to 40%)
